About Rachann
I began my career in event planning and production, where the deadline never moves and something always goes wrong. It taught me to build slack into systems.
A COO saw something in how I worked and built my path into People and operations, and I try to do the same for the leaders I develop.
At Capital Factory, I worked directly with hundreds of early-stage companies as they built their first hiring processes and structures. That gave me pattern recognition on which choices hold up at scale and which break, and it’s the foundation of everything I build.
Today, I operate at the intersection of People and Operations for venture-backed and growth-stage companies. I step into executive teams to align workforce capacity with fiscal realities, design compliant global infrastructure, and build businesses that scale predictably.
